 I am exposed mostly to customer relations management so most of the time I assist and interact with the user or client.

I usually guide the team and encourage my members to work diligently in every project we engage in.  so most of my teammates needed motivation and collaboration.  I always make sure that we deliver on time.  Most important for being a leader is that I always make sure that I am accountable for every project designated to me.

most of the project needed negotiation to close the transaction.  and it requires agreement from both parties.  especially when I create business proposals and price quotations are being discussed with the client and that requires a signatory and compromised agreement.

In the field of my career, I always provide customer satisfaction in which I always think of the latest design or technology to be used in their business.  though there are lot of knowledge that still needs to be developed to accomplish creativity and a strong desire to explore new things. 

Accomplishment is built with good relationships to prolong business transactions.  since projects require more time and long duration of time deliverables I usually have to respect and have good communication with my team and other people engaged in every project.

Modern time requires more challenges. As an employee, I always give my best to be flexible in every way.  comment and suggestions from my team are always welcome.  and as part of my customer service satisfaction, I accommodate changes and requests from the client especially if it could benefit the company.   

Every project requires proper presentation.  I always spend more time preparing a visual presentation.   conducting research and other innovative materials and tools are my specialty.  the success of one project for me, is to get the client's approval and to deliver the best and most informative presentation as much as possible.

In every project I am engaged most of my team requires teamwork, guidance, and coordination for us to finish the project
